ARTICLE 1 \u2013 SCOPE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
These general conditions govern by right all sales of stays made on the site www.camping-des-tourbieres.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for him or herself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The attention of the customer is drawn to the fact that is not included in the price the tourist tax and the Eco-tax. For camping bookings: All rentals are registered and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement. The balance of the rental of a bare pitch will be paid 21 days before arrival or the day of arrival if the customer wishes. Your possible absences during your stay will not be taken into account. For rental bookings: Any rental is nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee. The balance of the rental will be paid 21 days before the start of the stay and a deposit will be requested by credit card or check on the day of arrival. For any unreported delay, the rental\/location becomes available 2 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain acquired by the campsite management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
2.2 CHANGING YOUR BOOKING<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
The customer can, request the modification of his stay (camping, dates and\/ or type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (mail or email) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted on the following season except in case of emergency, then a credit will be established. In the absence of modification, the customer must make his stay in the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance (CAMPING COUVERT) if subscribed. Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made according to availability and the rates in force. Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to cancellation and interruption of stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
2.3 BENEFITS NOT USED<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to refund, except in urgent cases, then a credit note will be established.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
2.4 CANCELLATION DUE TO PEAT BOG CAMPING<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
In case of cancellation due to Camping Des Tourbi\u00e8res, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
2.5 CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER<\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
Camping Des Tourbi\u00e8res will not refund any deposit. Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantees offered by CAMPEZ COUVERT if subscribed. No refund will be made without taking out the guarantee or cancellation insurance. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee that allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). Insurance rates: Camping pitch: 3.5% of the total stay Gite, chalets, huts, Safari and Wood tents: 3.5% of the total stay <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
ARTICLE 3 \u2013 CONDUCT OF THE STAY <\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
3.1 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
For rent: arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are before 12 pm
On site: arrivals are from 4pm, departures are before 2pm<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
3.2 SURETY<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
A deposit of 200 euros for the huts and tents, 500 euros for the cottages and chalets, will be required on the day of arrival. This deposit also takes into account the guarantee of the perfect condition of the accommodation as well as the cleaning carried out in case you have not subscribed to a cleaning package. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash register, after an inventory. The bill of possible damages will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present at the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
3.3 LEAVING<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
Any return of key or release of the site after 12:00 or 14:00 entails the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
3.4 ANIMALS<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
Pets declared at the time of booking (dog, cat) are allowed inside the rentals, except dogs of 1st and 2nd category. They must be kept on a leash at all times inside the campsite. They are prohibited near the pool and inside collective buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
3.5 RULES OF PROCEDURE<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal rules, deposited at the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy will be given to you on request. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
ARTICLE 4 \u2013 IMAGE RIGHTS<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
You authorize Camping Le Petit Lion Des Tourbi\u00e8res, as well as any person that Le Petit Lion Des Tourbi\u00e8res would like to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Camping Des Tourbi\u00e8res and to exploit the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on any medium (in particular on the website, facebook page, instagram, on all presentation and promotion media of Camping Des Tourbi\u00e8res). This permission applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishment and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
ARTICLE 5 \u2013 LIABILITY<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
Camping Des Tourbi\u00e8res declines all responsibility for damages suffered by the camper-caravan equipment that would be of its own volition; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
ARTICLE 6 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the commercial court of P\u00e9rigueux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
